The model I bought has 8 GB of memory, is black with silver parts, but there is also white with red parts.

The box - clear plastic - includes the reader, headphones (unfortunately a little 'uncomfortable), the USB cable and a quick user manual.
When you first connect to the PC will be automatically installed drivers (just let them try automatically to Windows) that allow you to use the reader like a USB stick. The use of the player is very simple and all commands through the buttons on the front of the reader, as well as the audio quality is very good. Unfortunately the headphones that were included in the package are, at least for me, very uncomfortable but you can still use those you prefer.
